gear question

i wanna do a new load out. i want it to be somewhat versatile, as i wanna do a seals and sf loadout, but i want to try and get it as accurate as possible. i assume woodland is ok for seals and pcu is good for sf. my biggest dilemma is what colour gear to buy. i'm gonna get an eagle plate carrier and matching pouches. i don't want to buy a big ciras, or rrv, cause i already have one for my mc loadout. any input would be great. thanks.

go for a green LBT and put it over an armor vest and ull be good to go. light and protection

edit: OR you can go with the whole tan RRV chest rig loadout. same benefit as above when u add an armor vest

^^ really, I'm not too sure you know what you are talking about.. If you mean what my loadout looks like, then yes it would work, but I'm not too too happy with the mix of colors.

Both USSF and seals use khaki gear. That's what they are issued in the mlcs package. I've been told by a mate that he has seen seals using CB, but only SWCC uses ranger green.

SEALs are issued PCU as well as SF. Woodland, DCU, ACU, Khaki and god-forbid if you managed to get your hands on some Digi2, all works for Seals. Take out digi2 and sub for more civi clothes and theirs a good list to wear for sf.

I can't really help you when it comes to gear as it is totaly up to you to find what you really like using. Example of myself using non-mlcs gear because it works better in the kind of game I play and what works best for me.

Here you go! If you by chance track some down somehow, let me know.

Those are FROG cammies of the USMC. Nothing too fancy or too hard to find on Ebay... But expect to shell a few 100's to get it. I last set I saw went for 350$, pants alone are retailing for 150$.

Pretty sure thats digi2 stuff,

if you look at the size of the velcro squares above (Issue FROG 2 uniform) on the upper pocket you'll see they're square in shape, whereas the seals can fit a flag in size. The seal is wearing crye digi2. Like these:

They are very hard to distinguish as digi2 looks almost the same as desert marpat (Frog 2).

side by side comparison:

US SF dudes don't really use ACU; atleast in Afghanistan. I know for fact that they are wearing Woodland BDU and 3 Color Desert DCU over there.

Romeo Sierra, why don't you do an older impression, using the micheal bioanco and sds flc's?
Super comfortable vests and lots of room.
Pretty easy to track down and not too expensive.

If your doing greenside, maybe do a CTT AFSOC kit, since they use woodland.

i located some dig2 by crye. getting the pants and the battle shirt. OHmotherFukcingYEA... shit's expensive

since moving to the states, gear is much easier to attain. esp when you go to school with a shit load of military guys, and most of the profs are x military. now all i need to do is get a peq15 and my new loadout is good as gold.
