hello everyone, this pertains to 3 seperate headaches.

1 order # 100293998 ordered dec 2012 KA-RPS-05 king arms pressure switch @ 17.99,
they shipped KSC Glock 17/18 KA-SPR-05 @ 6.50 and i have
been trying to get the proper item shipped since.
there were 3 items that were not in stock so i received a refund for the 3 out of
stock parts but i have never received the item i ordered nor have i
been given a refund.

2 order # 100325874 ordered april 27 2013 2x 9.6 1600 mah Nimh intellect batteries,
1 was a dud, I contacted them for a replacement and was asked to charge the
battery at the lowest charge setting i could do,
I have a Dynamite passport ultra, with it i charged it at 0.2 amps (thats zero point two) and
its still a dud, I let them know it was still no good and have been "waiting" for their "tech" to
do something (cant imagaine what he is waiting for??)

3 Order # 100325874 ordered april 27 2013 G&P ELKEN 4X Tactical Rifle Scope GP-SC26,
the optic arrived non functional, I was told that being an airsoft optic i should not
expect the quality of a real steel optic, which makes sence of course but it should arrive functional.

i was asked to open it and see if it can be repaired, i opened it and noted that the prism in glued into place incorrectly and to fix it would likey break the
optic so i reassembled it and have been trying to get it replaced since.

this is unacceptable..

please look into these issues.
