For G33 maintenance I would hit up YouTube and see some disassembly videos to get the info you need. If it looks beyond your technical abilities try to hit up a local airsoft store to see if they offer tech services.
For feeding issues you need to be as specific as you can with what's going on to get a proper answer.
For the slide lock on your empty mag not working sounds like the follower on the magazine might be busted. Compare it to the magazine that works and if it is broken you can usually get those at an airsoft store for pretty cheap.
