Grab a really bright flashlight, and just in case throw on some safety googles.
Now shine the light into the magwell where the BBs would feed into from the magazine. At the same time look down the barrel. Do you see any hints of light at all? If not then a BB has somehow managed to become lodged in there some how, your best course of action is to use small rod or unjamming tool if the springer came with one and attempt to dislodge the jam. Aside from that short of taking it apart theres nothing else I can recommend.
If you bought it from a store, perhaps you could return it as a defective product?
