I just spent a good part of the day bouncing e-mails back and forth with Ken. from all the posts it seems he a pretty busy guy. I've been on ASC for 2 months now and still can't get anyone to age verifiy me so tit for tat I'd say. we're all busy and have lives outside of airsoft I'm sure (moment of silence) okay well then maybe we should cut the guy some slack. I found his service and support to date to be #1. Considering I've spent the last 3 yrs running the globe setting up customer support centres and getting people trained up I'd say Ken is by far superior to any customer support I've seen in those 3 yrs. Just a n00bs 2 cents let the flaming begin?
