Try running some searches in these forums. You'll see it's full of the exact same complaints from a lot of people about Ken and 007. So much for serving customers. He lost his chance at getting any of my money.

Both times I emailed him this past year, I always got a reply within a few days. It seems hit or miss with him, most of the comments I've read are all positive.
