I have recently acquired a King Arms Lightweight (40mm x 220mm) silencer for use on my TM M733 (technically it's a M933, but whatever). It came with both +14mm and -14mm threading, and I'm sure I'm using the right threading section but for some reason, when I screw it on, it fits loosely. It's like the threading is more like -14.01mm and not -14mm. At present I've taken to using teflon tape and wrapping it around the end of my AEG to achieve proper fitting, but I am not sure if this will hold up to use in the field.

Is there another way to make this silencer fit properly? I know it's not a problem with all silencers since just today I attached another silencer of the same type to another M733 and it fit perfectly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
