I sorta recall someone last week posting that he'd experienced a delay with customs and had called them up to see if something had been seized, and IIRC he was told they were heavily backlogged. Try digging around for the post (I think it was in the newbie tank) to find the exact date, but I suspect it may be something along those lines.
