My TM m14/m21 w/wood stock

Ok lots of work to make this happen but here it is. First pics show the stock that needs to be hollowed out.

Not much to really say. I love it.

I let the cat go this time. :-)

Well since the only tools I had that seem to work was a dremel and drill it took a long time.

Basically I put a 3/8 drill bit in and just kept working it around and around. Not ideal way really but I didn't have much else that worked at all.

Anyhow once I got it close I put the flex end on the dremel and would finish up the rest with various dremel bits. But it was hard to fit in the stock and see what you were doing.

Probably took me about 4-5 hours to hollow out the stock.

I had to cut a bunch of wire off (TM puts like 8 inches too much) and remove the fusebox. I may of been able to make the fuse fit just taped up but I didn't bother trying even.

Right now the 8.4 fits but is quite snug. I am not sure if I dare go any deeper down the stock to try and accomadate a 9.6. I may have to some measuring to see if its possible. Because I plan on upgrading this week. If not I may have to look into a different battery other then the large sub-c's.

I won't be afraid to take it to games. Anybody who knows me will verify I don't baby my guns. I like the worn used look. :-)

btw the stock still seems very stong but not sure I would try butt stroking somebody with it.
